Understanding the Secret

One of the main things that people do whenever they are suffering from anxiety attacks is to struggle against them with everything that they have. It may seem to them as if they were able to fight their way through it and to get out on the other side. Unfortunately, many people just end up worn-out and unable to face the pressure of anotheranxiety attacks that may come upon them.

I was at the beach one day enjoying a little bit of relaxation and trying to avoid having any more anxiety attacks, as they seemed to be coming too fast to handle. The surf was absolutely beautiful that day and there were plenty of people out with their surfboards enjoying the beach as well. After watching the surfers for a while, it became clear to me that they were able to ride on their wave rather easily and to stay on top of it without any effort.

It was then that I thought I could probably do the same thing myself with the anxiety attacks that I was feeling, especially since they seem to come to me in waves as well. Instead of fighting my way through it, I was just going to rise up on top of it and allow it to wash underneath me. There were a couple of things that I noticed whenever I did this.

What Are the Results?

Two separate things occurred whenever I allowed myself to ride on top of the anxiety in this way. The first thing I noticed is that the anxiety tended to go away very quickly and I did not have the panic attacks that lasted for an extended period of time any longer. Another thing that I've noticed is that I was not as tired after the anxiety attack had occurred and I was able to handle any additional attacks that may have come over me and to get rid of them quickly as well.

After using this method for several months, I began to recognize that the anxiety attacks were coming few and far between. As it turns out, I found a way to cure anxiety attacks and since that day, I have not had another bout with panic again.
